The “Great Cup” Guarantee only applies to your first home compostable coffee cups purchased online at compostablealternatives.com.au
Products eligible include: 1 carton of 8oz and 1 carton of 12oz cups part of the starter pack. Total value: AU$159.45
Additional items such as coffee lids or other upsells are not covered by The “Great Cup” Guarantee. 

In order to claim under this guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery and have served at least 500 coffees takeaway of each size to make your trial valid and access the refund.
