Rewards Program: earn points when you:
- Create an account with us = 500 points
- Make a purchase = 3 points per $1 spent for the Babyccino level and 5 points per $1 spent for the Cappucino level*
- Refer to a friend = 2,000 points for you and your referee**
- Leave us a Google review = 500 points***
- Business anniversary = 500 points every year
*Babyccino level: under $10,000 total order value per year
Cappucino level: over $10,000 total order value per year
**Referee’s first order must be above $500 (ex gst). One reward per referee.
***Leave us a Google review and send us a screenshot on Instagram @compostablealt to claim points.
Redeem points for exclusive discount coupons:
- 1,000 points = $10 coupon
- 2,000 points = $20 coupon
- 3,000 points = $30 coupon
How to redeem points into coupon?
In your account, click on “points and rewards”, check your balance and scroll down to convert your points in coupon from 1000 points.
Terms and conditions:
- One coupon per checkout
- Points and coupons expire every 3 months from your last order date
- The points earned from each transaction will be treated separately
- Our rewards program has been designed for people using our products on a daily or weekly basis. Resellers, distributors or individuals/businesses not directly working in the hospitality industry are not eligible for this reward program.
